Email support · contact@tyrell.so01
Who can request it
You can request deletion if:
- 01
You connected WhatsApp or Instagram through Striker’s Meta app.
- 02
You have a Striker account or organization.
- 03
An organization using Striker stored your data and you want it deleted.
02
How to request it
Email contact@tyrell.so with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- 01
Include your name and an email we can verify.
- 02
State the organization name, if you know it, and the affected channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, voice, or Striker account).
- 03
Add your Meta or Instagram user ID if you have it.
- 04
If a Striker customer contacted you, state the name, number, or username they wrote from.
- 05
After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize what we are responsible for and confirm by email.
03
Timeline
We rule on the request within two business days (Law 19.628). Deletion is not instant: after verifying the request, we aim to complete it within thirty calendar days, unless law requires us to keep data. If information is missing, we will ask for it before verifying. Backups may take an extra cycle to rotate.
04
What we delete and what we keep
Depending on the verified case, we may delete or unlink the items in the list. We keep what law requires (for example, billing or security), aggregated metrics that no longer identify a person, and backup copies until the relevant cycle rotates. We cannot delete data Meta keeps on its own platforms.
- 01
Tokens and identifiers obtained from Meta when connecting Instagram or WhatsApp.
- 02
Striker account and organization data that belong to you.
- 03
Contacts, messages, files, and metadata stored about you, when we are not legally required to keep them.
