Each message enters with the entry recipe — rises 8px, once. The three dots exist only while the agent works; they vanish the instant it replies.

Bubbles are square like the whole system: the agent's in soft blue with its mono signature, the person's on subtle surface. The commercial close arrives as a receipt, not as a message. (The sequence itself is a real Chilean campaign, kept in Spanish.)

This is how an executive sees a lead: one thread on one canvas. The console never dresses up as the channel — the channel is a fact of the message, not a theme of the surface, which is also the true shape of the data. Every bubble states it beside its time: any message answers “where did this happen?” without hunting for a header.

System events are typography, not cards: pure mono on the separator line. The receipt speaks in grey; the channel hop speaks in ink — «continúa en WhatsApp · el contexto viaja completo» — louder by contrast, not by elevation. Channel continuity is already real (Instagram → WhatsApp).

When the agent reasons, the spark pulses and the trace stays available — not an opaque spinner: concrete steps a person can audit.

Confidence is declared with its number. An agent that does not show its work cannot ask to be trusted.

In Attention the agent never replies on its own: it proposes. The card carries the draft, the tools it used as provenance chips, and its confidence — everything a person needs to decide in five seconds.

Approve is the primary action; edit is a normal path, not a failure. The product claim lives here: the inbox never replies alone.

The decision has a lifecycle: approving or sending with edits turns the draft into the sent message with its receipt; discarding resolves it into a grey receipt and nothing sends. The moment the person decides, the card stops asking for attention. No auto-approve countdown: that would invent a mode the product does not have.

When Supervisor rewrites a field, the signal lives where the person is looking. Working travels along the line; proposed stays lit waiting for a decision; applied settles back to rest as a brief receipt.

A field being worked is readOnly, never disabled. Its content stays readable and selectable, while no keystroke can be lost when the rewrite arrives. Reduced motion preserves all three states without the sweep.

The trace shows how it thought; provenance shows where each claim came from. It is the same draft as the approval card, with every fact pointing at its source — memory, calendar, pricing — and every source carrying its age.

Confidence is declared with its number; provenance, with its origin. Together they are the complete reason to believe the draft, auditable in two seconds.

The voice presence is the agent's circle with the navy→depth→ultramarine family flowing — pure, no icon inside. Listening, the mesh drifts slowly and the orb breathes. Speaking, it flows fast with more swirl.

The motion IS the information: it stops the instant the state ends.

When live status needs words — "Analyzing…", "Typing…" — the text carries an ultramarine sweep over grey: the system saying "still on it". It is the sanctioned exception applied to text: the loop is the data.

The state ends and the sweep dies that instant — the result is plain, still text. Under prefers-reduced-motion the shimmer does not exist: grey, static.

For long-running work — enriching a list, running prospecting — the loader is no generic spinner: it is the five nodes of the Qualified Signal lighting in a wave toward the spark. The mark already tells this story: the team distills signal; the agent is the distilled signal.

The label carries the status sweep and elapsed time is declared in tabular mono — work that says how long it has been running never looks hung. When it ends, the motion dies and the mark stands complete: the result, still.

When prospecting runs, the work is visible: every candidate the search finds appears on the map and is classified against the ICP on the spot. What clears the threshold lights up ultramarine — signal. What does not, dims — noise. It is the mark running in production: distilling signal.

The numbers ride along in tabular mono — evaluated, qualified — and the threshold is a declared line, not a mystery of the model. The search ends and the motion dies: the map stands still with its final counts.

A long trace or thread does not get boxed. The scrolling field announces there is more by dissolving its ends into the canvas: the no-boxes rule applied to overflow.

The fade is scroll-aware where the engine allows it — the top fade only exists once there is content above. It is not motion, it is length: it does not depend on reduced-motion.

The system rule is that nothing repeats: entries happen once and reveals never return. Two conditions are sanctioned: work in progress and pending human attention. In both, the loop is the data.

Two conditions to qualify: the motion dies the moment the state stops being true, and it disappears entirely under prefers-reduced-motion.
